Clo Wine Bar

Clo is located on the fourth floor of the Time Warner Center, the culinary Nirvana that’s also home to Per Se, Masa and Porterhouse. Clo’s founder Andrew Bradbury first developed the touchscreen eWinebook—an electronic wine list containing 3,500 selections—for Aureole Mandalay Bay; his restaurant takes that idea and runs with it. An interactive table allows customers to explore Clo’s 100-plus wines according to different criteria and directs them to various automated dispensers that sell tasting samples; sommeliers lend a human touch to the technology. Along with all this knowledge, Clo also offers glassware and other accessories.
