Co-owned by partners from the popular Westville franchise, this Williamsburg eatery features inventive takes on American cuisine: think hay-roasted chicken served with Japanese sweet potatoes and wild mushroom pasta. Brunch is just as imaginative, with items like brioche French toast served with pear and banana, and house-cured and -smoked salmon with eggs. There's a good wine and craft beer list, plus bloody marys made with mango and jalapeño.
