Michael Toscano came home to 24 Minetta Lane, where he was once the beloved executive chef at Perla. Da Toscano is now relocated to Times Square, and the cozy, comfortable space is run by him and his wife, Caitlin, a hospitality veteran of Craft and Per Se. Favorite menu items include agnolotti with lamb neck and drippings, luscious lasagna and crisp-edged porchetta chop. Finish off with phenomenal carrot cake (Caitlin’s mother’s recipe), and then start checking your calendar to see how soon you can return for more.
