DessertTruck

Out of Business

Description

Please note: this business is now closed; nycgo.com keeps record of many old and closed venues. Franks. Pretzels. Kebabs. New York is a leader in mobile cuisine. But what's for dessert when you crave sweets on wheels? Don't fret: DessertTruck is on the scene with everything from crème brûlée to chocolate bread pudding. Its hot chocolate—concocted from a combination of high-quality choco brands (Valrhrona and Guittard)—might steer you into a state of cocoa-induced bliss. This one's easy on the wallet, too—nothing costs more than $6. But be wary of the time, as the DessertTruck is always on the go: Monday through Friday, from noon to 3pm, catch it near Park Avenue and 52nd Street; on Saturdays, from 6pm to midnight, it can be found on the Lower East Side.
