Di An Di

Description

With its skylights and abundance of flora this Vietnamese eatery might resemble a stylish greenhouse, but Di An Di specializes in noodles. To start, we recommend sharing a Vietnamese pizza (made on crisp-grilled rice paper with egg, ground pork and spicy shrimp floss) before moving on to a satisfying pho (try the Hanoi version, with wok-seared tender brisket, poached egg and a shower of scallions). There’s plenty here for vegetarians and vegans as well; the chefs tease out an amazing amount of flavor in their herb- and vegetable-based dishes.
