Description
Pizza pies on the go is the concept behind Eddie's Pizza Truck, a mobile ambassador for the original shop, which has been open since the 1930s in Long Island's New Hyde Park. Regular and whole-wheat thin-crust pies (no slices) come in personal 10-inch or shareable 16-inch sizes, with classic toppings (sausage, mushroom, pepperoni) and daily specials.
