Extraction Lab

The goal at Extraction Lab is to bring customers an individualized coffee and tea experience and its done so by emphasizing quality, process, aesthetic and craftsmanship. Patrons can watch as their beverages are brewed with the shop’s Steampunk and Sight machines, and they can also be selective about their brew’s origin, variety, brand, roaster and processing method. All of this will cost you, though, with one specialty brew hitting the $18 mark. But don’t fret—they still offer the average cup of coffee for just a few bucks.
