Fausto

Description

Fausto is all about Italian wine and soulful pasta—particularly tagliatelle with lamb shank ragu and orecchiette with fennel braised pork and wilted greens. Joe Campanale (L’Artusi, Dell’anima, Anfora) partnered with chef Erin Shambura, who spent several years at L’Artusi, to take over the beloved Franny’s lease in Park Slope. Their tasteful wood-detailed restaurant carries wine from small producers, offering unusual choices by the glass—plus large-format bottles and rare vintages.
