King Gambrinus is the patron saint of beer, which should give you a good idea of what to expect at this Russian fish palace at Brighton Beach. The seafood-centric menu concentrates on classic items like caviar, smoked salmon, herring and a wide array of shellfish preparations, but also delves farther east with a selection of sushi and sashimi. Expect to drink a lot of beer (12 drafts on tap) and, of course, vodka.
