Description
Stuck in the City for the summer? The East End of Long Island—or rather, a wonderful simulacrum—can be found at this pop-up restaurant in the Soho Grand Hotel. There are three bars, each with its own beach-reminiscent décor that take inspiration from the shores of the North Fork and the sights of Sag Harbor. The menu is light and fresh, with an emphasis on seafood sourced from the waters off Long Island. Drinks are appropriately summery: there’s the house spin on a negroni, rosé on tap and a watermelon margarita. And like all good things about the summer, this pop-up only lasts as long as the season—so be sure to stop in before it shutters mid-September.
