Gorin Ramen

Description

This East Village eatery serves authentic Japanese ramen noodles, including Kitakata ramen—a popular style of ramen in Japan that originated in Kitakata, a city in the Fukushima Province. This style has thicker noodles than Sapporo or Hakata ramen, and a soy sauce base. Gorin is the only restaurant to serve Kitakata ramen in New York. They also serve delicious Japanese appetizers and drinks including sake, beer, wine, and other Japanese alcohol cocktails.
