This Upper West Side Chinese restaurant offers authentic versions of popular regional dishes from across China, including Chongqing chicken, Wu Xi spare ribs and dan dan noodles. Owner Beichen Hu opened the restaurant in 2018 to appeal to the Chinese students in the area, but he quickly attracted a much broader audience.
