Often voted number one in those ubiquitous “best pizza in New York” surveys, this iconic destination spot serves up coal-brick-oven pies and always has a line down the block. One of the keys to its success? Grimaldi's doesn't deliver, so to taste what all the hype is about, you have to make the trek (albeit a beautiful trek) across the Brooklyn Bridge and wait in line with everyone else. Once inside, expect classic thin-crust pies in a no-frills setting.
