This West Village coffee shop’s specialty is local, sustainable, organic and freshly made small plates and beverages. Breakfast burritos are made to order, there’s a roster of healthy salads and “sandwiches and savories” which feature simple but tasty pairings like Amish cheddar and apple butter as well as roasted portabella with gorgonzola. Coffees are small batch roasted in New Jersey, while the impressive collection of teas are sourced directly in the neighborhood from Sullivan Street Tea & Spice Company.
