Harvest Cafe

Offering “great food with a mission,” as the restaurant's website reads, this New Dorp spot is open for breakfast and lunch daily, serving omelettes, waffles, burgers, salads and sandwiches. The café is a certified training site for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who seek to gain new skills and opportunities in the food-service industry. Trained habilitative staff work alongside the café’s team members to help their share their expertise.
