Hell’s Kitchen

Description

Not to be confused with Gordon Ramsay’s profanity-laced reality TV cooking show, this eatery goes beyond traditional Mexican food to offer dishes with an unexpected, contemporary flair. A new turn on guacamole includes grilled pineapple and mint; a ceviche update incorporates orange, cucumber and mango; and taco varieties include cheeseburger, sloppy josé and crispy brussel sprout. The more familiar versions of these dishes round out the menu, offering diners a chance to combine familiar and unconventional flavors on the same plate. There’s also a wide variety of cocktails, which include both classics and originals, such as the vodka-based She Devil and the agave-infused Panchito’s Mistress.
