The owners opened their initial location in Las Vegas, since expanding to more than a dozen branches across the States, including this one on the southern edge of Chelsea. The name gives away the centerpiece—crawfish, which you can order by the pound and choose your seasoning and spice level. Shrimp, crab, fried catfish, po'boys and plenty of sides are among the other crowd-pleasing dishes.
