Il Gattopardo

Description

Southern Italian comfort food is adapted to a sophisticated contemporary palate at Il Gattopardo (“the leopard”). The family-owned institution offers weekday lunch, weekend brunch and dinner seven days a week. Appetizers like pan-seared smoked buffalo mozzarella in a light tomato sauce, zucchini parmesan and grilled octopus share the menu with homemade pastas including cavatelli with shellfish ragout and fettucine with cherry tomatoes and ricotta di bufala. Mains include the Milanese veal chop, veal scaloppine pizzaiola style and codfish “in casseruola.”
