Kaizen

Description

Kaizen started when longtime friends from Queens came together with the idea to bring  to their Flushing neighborhood an authentic and contemporary Temaki Omakase concept that highlights delicate hand rolls and artful craft cocktail pairings. The executive chef, Ben Chan, is former executive chef at Sushi Seki, and an alumnus of Michelin-starred Tim Ho Wan in Hong Kong, and New York’s O Ya and Kissaki omakase sushi bar. From the decadent rice to each finely cut of fish, Ben takes pride in every individual piece that he prepares.
