Executive chef Darrell Raymond developed a menu with Michelin-rated chef Joël Robuchon that features offerings from the Japanese robata grill, noodles, sushi by master sushi chef Boo Lim (a Sushi of Gari alum) and small plates. Kibo features more than 100 different varieties of sake. There are also live DJ appearances Wednesday through Saturday in the lounge.
