Kissaki Sushi - Columbus

Out of Business

Description

Kissaki means “point of a sword” or “cutting edge” in Japanese, both of which apply here since the sushi bar is curved like a knife blade and Executive chef Edgar Valerio (formerly of Jewel Bako) mixes traditional and nontraditional flavor and technique to create inventive omakase. The dinner omakase menus is offered for $150 for 15 courses. An a la carte sushi menu is also available for lunch and dinner.
