Koloman

Out of Business

Description

Koloman bridges two worlds: turn-of-the-century European cafe culture and the energy of today’s New York. The restaurant is a collaboration between EHV International and chef-partner Markus Glocker, whose passion and high standards have earned him a coveted Michelin Star and three stars from both The New York Times and New York Magazine. Katja Scharnagl, former chef sommelier at Le Bernardin, helms Kolomon’s beverage program.
