Kubeh
Description
Kubeh, a Greenwich Village restaurant dedicated to lesser-known cuisines of the Middle East, is the product of Persian-Israeli chef Melanie Shurka and husband David Ort. Kubeh is named after a dumpling soup combo found in Kurdish, Iraqi and Syrian cuisines. In addition to their kubeh, the variety of delectable mezes, spreads and small plates they serve are meant to be shared like a big Middle Eastern family dinner.
