Lamalo

Description

The daily spread is the way to go at Lamalo, where $25 gets you fragrant, fresh-baked Jerusalem-style laffa flatbread and a rotating selection of 14 Middle Eastern dips and salads that’ll fill up the table. If that’s not enough, there’s grilled octopus with preserved-lemon butter and slow-roasted short ribs. The lively, modern restaurant is on the ground floor of the Arlo NoMad hotel and is owned by Gadi Peleg, also behind the popular Nur and Breads Bakery.
