Description
Thai cuisine is taken to a whole new level at this Las Vegas transplant. Chef Saipin Chutima has an amazing repertoire of complex curries, satays and seafood dishes up her sleeve, though the menu here is not as broad as at the original. Try Thai sausage spiked with fresh chili, green mango salad and spicy-sour soup with head-on prawns and lemongrass for starters. Standout main courses include steamed sea bass with ginger sauce and red curry with beef. The extensive wine list concentrates on rieslings and gewürztraminers that match well with spicy food. The dining room is pleasant, if a bit austere.
