Co-chefs Arjuna Bull and Nahid Ahmed (Luthun is Ahmed’s mother’s name) have done time at world-renowned restaurants like the Fat Duck in England and El Bulli in Spain. Their beautifully presented global fare might involve honeynut squash with ricotta foam, fermented pineapple and lemon verbena or a dish of pollock with nori, pumpkin seed and fushimi peppers.
