The 70-seat, concrete-floored steakhouse has an open kitchen, from which all manner of grilled meats emerge. Playful touches, like the "dogbowl"—an iced platter of a dozen oysters, six clams, lobster tail and an additional chef's-choice seafood pick—dot the menu.
