The Marrow

Out of Business

Description

The Marrow is a contemporary German and Italian restaurant located amidst picturesque brownstones and cobblestone streets in the West Village. Run by chef Harold Dieterle and Alicia Nosenzo, owners of nearby Perilla and Kin Shop, the restaurant is neighborhood-friendly as well as a destination for those who don’t live nearby. The food is inspired by Harold's family, reflecting his father's German ancestry and his mother's Italian lineage. To complement The Marrow's menu, Alicia Nosenzo and beverage director Jill Roberts have created an extensive yet approachable program, with a strong emphasis on Italian, German and Austrian producers. The private dining room accommodates up to 20 guests.
