Description
Mel's is a pizza restaurant run by Michelin-decorated chef Melissa Rodriguez. The centerpiece of the menu is a wood-oven pizza, designed to be a cross between a Neapolitan pie and a New York slice; with a chewy, bready crust and enough structural integrity to be eaten slice in hand. The restaurant has no gas cooktops; everything is cooked over an open fire.
