Michael’s has long functioned as a power-breakfast-and-lunch scene for the who’s who of media. The contemporary California cuisine—omelets, Cobb salad, pan-roasted chicken—serves as a backdrop for the crowd, which on any given day might include Martha Stewart, Ron Perelmen and Les Moonves.
