Since 2001, this cafe has been serving up locally-roasted coffee in the East Village. Known for its simple menu and iced coffee served in large mason jars, this is a neighborhood spot without pretense serving up some of the best NYC joe. They roast their own beans at their Chelsea Market location and have some other outlets in Midtown, Gowanus and nearby Tompkins Square Park.
