Description
Nuyores is a bold celebration of South American flavor and New York soul, reimagining Peruvian-inspired cuisine through the City’s vibrant lens. Led by chef Oscar Lorenzzi (formerly of Contento) and hospitality partner Jonathan Charnay (formerly of Masa), the restaurant brings decades of experience to a lively, shareable dining experience in Manhattan's West Village. Lorenzzi’s cooking is unpretentious yet full of character, rooted in his Peruvian heritage and shaped by New York energy, while Charnay’s refined beverage program offers thoughtful, globally-inspired pairings. The result is a warm, soulful gathering place where South American heritage meets New York style.
