While the size of this Harlem barbecue joint might be tiny (consider getting carryout, if at all possible), Oklahoma Smoke doesn’t skimp on portion size or flavor. Owner Paul Packard’s grandfather’s top-secret dry rub recipe packs a punch, whether it’s on the pork ribs, beef, chicken or brisket. The sides are solid and satisfying, as well, including such traditional favorites as flavorful collard greens, delectable candied yams and the perfectly spiced potato salad.
