Okozushi
Description
Okozushi serves Kyoto-style sushi, meaning most of the fish is cured and pickled, and there’s no dipping in soy sauce. Owner Yuji Haraguchi sources the fish locally and is also behind nearby spots Okonomi and Osakana. Although the restaurant seats just nine and doesn’t take reservations, it’s worth taking your chances. Jewellike sushi and sashimi are artfully plated and set priced at $25, $35 and $45, depending on your budget and hunger level.
