His initial interest in Jamaica’s native fruits and vegetables led to an all-out exploration of a culture that blends a Caribbean twang with an urban New York twist. He grows in his style by experimenting with these cultural blending techniques for friends and family, even dabbling in new ways to curate vegan Caribbean dishes.
