Palermo Argentinian Bistro - Gramercy

Description

Executive chef Carlos Barroz and his partners in Palermo Argentinian Bistro on Manhattan’s Restaurant Row have opened this second location in Gramercy. The steakhhouse draws it inspiration from Palermo, a destination in Buenos Aires known for its fashionable bars and restaurants. Chef Barroz introduced seafood from the parrilla to this new location—prepared with the same attention and simplicity that defines their traditional Argentinian cuisine—premium steaks, grilled seafood, seasonal vegetables, housemade pastas, and classic dishes prepared with time and care.
