Papaye

Description

Papaye is a small storefront with a giant reputation among the Bronx's Ghanaian community who gather here to watch soccer matches. It's been chronicled enough in print media and food blogs to also make it a destination for adventurous eaters from afar. Flavorful West African soups, stews, whole tilapia fish and rice and peas with goat all qualify as finger food, although conventional utensils are on hand.
