Pasta Franco is an Italian trattoria from chef Mathieu Palombino and the Motorino team located near Central Park and the American Museum of Natural History on Manhattan's Upper West Side. Pasta Franco's menu includes handmade fresh pasta, antipasti and seafood, including live lobsters.
