Description
Pastavino draws inspiration from the traditional trattorias and enotecas (wine bars) dotted throughout Italy, while adding a view of New York Bay and the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge. The menu, from executive chef Josh Laurano and chef-partner (and James Beard Award winner) Dave Pasternack, features classic antipasti, a large selection of salumi and formaggi, house-made pastas and expertly prepared entrees. The wine program has many vintages by the glass and more than 100 bottles from all regions of Italy.
