To go with chef Sara Jenkins’ meltingly delicious porchetta sandwich, get a side of crispy potatoes and burnt ends laced with fresh herbs. This clean, tiny East Village storefront offers just a few stools and minimal standing room, and it’s so good and simple it seems ripe for franchising. The claustrophobic can opt for take-out.
