Pranzo at Eataly

Out of Business

Description

Pranzo, the Italian word for lunch, is Eataly’s dedicated venue for the midday meal. Located next to the 23rd Street exit of the foods emporium, the space is mainly used as a classroom, but on weekdays from noon to 3pm it transforms into an intimate eatery. As an educational venue, Pranzo boasts an open kitchen where patrons can watch food being prepared directly in front of them. The venue's menu changes each month to focus on a different region of Italy, allowing customers a culinary tour and the gastronomic knowledge that goes along with it.
