Everything is organic, from the greens to the eggs to the coffee. Wines are biodynamic or organic. The water for cooking and drinking is filtered. Fish is responsibly sourced. Bread, pasta and pizza are made with whole-wheat flour, but there are also brown rice and spelt options. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, complete with fireplace, and there's a small garden in the rear. It’s a rarely crowded hideout in the active Noho neighborhood.
