Seabird

Out of Business

Description

Seabird is a cozy corner spot in the West Village with snug booths and a bar that features a daily happy hour from 3 to 7pm. In addition to discounts on wine and sangria, patrons can enjoy wonderful little snacks like fried oyster tacos, branzino carpaccio with diced jalapeño, macaroni and cheese, and Japanese-style battered takoyaki with calamari and octopus. Chef Kenichi Tajima (Harlem’s Mountain Bird) handles the Japanese side of the menu while Bahr Rapaport focuses on Mediterranean selections, like pasta with clams and garlic butter and a vegetarian falafel burger. Seabird is open daily from 11am to 11pm.
