Mother-and-son team Brenda and Aaron Beener have created a menu full of vegan cuisine from around the world—but always with a soul food twist. Choose from options like a pizza quesadilla, a “tuna” roll and “crawfish” with garlic and basil. There are also versions of traditional Southern classics such as mac and “cheese,” collard greens and smothered “chicken.” For dessert, try the ice “cream” cupcake sandwich.
