Simò Pizza

Description

Pizzas appear superfast here, oftentimes in 90 seconds, barely after you’ve had a chance to sit down at one of the marble communal tables. Draw out a saucy, foldable slice of classic margherita topped with San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella di bufala and basil and try to guard against spills on your shirt. The Diavola pie with spicy soppressata is equally hard to stop eating. Simone Falco’s all-day pizzeria (Rossopomodoro is his other venture) is across the street from the Whitney Museum of American Art—ideal for a quick break.
