Diners can relax with a classic cocktail at the bar, or delve into the full steakhouse experience. The charred cuts are paired with decadent sides, and the siren-red interior matches Old World glamour—the walls are adorned with original Studio Manassé prints of 1930s burlesque stars—with modern style and sophistication. The namesake cut isn't the only thing to marvel upon at this restaurant, which was named a top steakhouse by Zagat and awarded four stars by Forbes.
