Tasca Chino is executive chef Alex Ureña’s modern Spanish tavern. This eclectic yet contemporary restaurant serves stylized Spanish cuisine with hints of the East. Classic Catalan, Basque and other Spanish regional dishes are updated with touches of Chinese culture and flavor. Although the anchor to this restaurant is Spain, chef Ureña also welcomes the flavors, cooking techniques and ingredients of Asia to deliver exciting, new dishes.
