The Ariapita

Out of Business

Description

The Ariapita is a new Trinbagonian restaurant (for the uninitiated, that's the cuisine of Trinidad and Tobago) and rum shop in Flatbush by chef Osei "Picky" Blackett. Unlike typical Caribbean food, which leans toward Jamaican classics, here you'll find curries and bhaji (leafy greens in coconut milk), a crowd-pleasing Chinese Style Chicken, and cocktails like the Trini Old Fashion, Guava Rum Punch, and Mauby Sour.
