Pasta is made fresh, with gluten-free and vegetarian options. The pressed sandwiches are scrumptious, especially the crunchy focaccia enclosing pancetta onion jam, gooey mozzarella and arugula. Wine and beer are on tap, and everything comes in recyclable and/or compostable to-go packaging. And, naturally, there’s sublime gelato.
