Everything revolves around the number cinque (five) at this stylish, hip TriBeCa trattoria, where there are 250 seats, all dishes cost $25 and under and the entire menu will change five times a year. Executive chef Mirco Grassini and owner Russell Bellanca keep the offerings as authentic as they are mouthwatering, including a Caesar salad prepared tableside, thinly sliced yellowfin tuna with arugula and avocado, whole-roasted Cornish hen, ravioli stuffed with braised short ribs and classic meat lasagna.
